Overview

Justin Williams is the President and Managing Member of Tanner & Guin and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.  He practices in the areas of bankruptcy, debtor and creditor rights, workouts, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Justin Williams has represented both debtors and creditors in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.  He also practices in the areas of environmental law, local government law, workplace issues, general business and commercial law, and litigation. Justin Williams' litigation experience includes employment litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, class action defense, probate litigation, bankruptcy litigation, personal injury defense, and real property litigation.
