A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Charles Denaburg received his B.S. and his J.D. from the University of Alabama. 

Charles Denaburg is admitted to the Alabama State Bar; the United States Court of Military Appeals; the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court.  He has been active in the Alabama Academy of Attorney Mediators, having served as president. 

Mr. Denaburg is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar (Bankruptcy and Insolvency Section), and the Commercial Law League of America (Bankruptcy and Insolvency Section).  He is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and the American Arbitration Association. 

Charles Denaburg enjoys fishing, snow skiing, and horseback riding.  He and his wife, Jan, live in Mountain Brook.
