Stephen Corenblum has been involved in many civic and charitable
organizations. For example, he has served as President of Temple Beth-El
and the Temple Beth-El Foundation. Stephen Corenblum has also served on the Board, and
as Chair, of the Mountain Brook Library. He is a member of the Board of

and transactional lawyer with the Birmingham, Alabama law firm of
Berkowitz, Lefkovits, Isom & Kushner and its successor, Baker,
Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz from 1982 through Spring
1994 and again from 1997 until 2004.
In the interim, Stephen Corenblum served as
Vice-President, General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer of Parisian,
Inc. From 2004 until joining Najjar Denaburg in April 2011, Mr.
Corenblum was engaged in a variety of business activities, including
serving as Chief Executive Officer of a holding company with several
operating businesses in the consumer packaged goods industry and a
variety of private equity investments.
