Experience
Graham Burgess has represented various banks in numerous commercial and residential loan transactions, ranging from conventional, FHA, and VA financing to commercial defeasance, revolving floor-plan financing, development financing, construction financing, tax-deferred exchanges under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code, and various other real estate and asset-based financing.
Graham Burgess has also aided in litigating various matters concerning real estate, including representation of individuals in condemnation proceedings, acquisition contract disputes, and construction contract disputes.
