                        Biography
                        
                            Randall Morgan received a B.A. from Auburn University in
1971, making him a life-long Tiger fan. 
He attended law school at the University of Maryland, receiving his J.D.
in 1974.  Randall enjoys spending time
with his daughters and visiting New Orleans.
                    
			 
                    
				
                        Experience
                        
                            Before joining the firm, Randall Morgan served as the City Attorney for the City of Montgomery for three years. His practice includes also defending municipalities and public officials in a multitude of actions, many of which deal with Constitutional and civil rights issues. His varied practice includes premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, professional liability, employment claims, and municipal law. In addition to practicing in both State and Federal Courts, Randall is certified as a mediator.
Successfully removed to Federal Court a motor vehicle injury suit in which an in-state non-diverse insurance company was added as a defendant on a UM claim. Toole v. Bramlett, et al., U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, 2006-CV-652-VPM
Awarded summary judgment in an environmental case in which Plaintiff homeowners claimed that a concrete plant was polluting their pond and killing fish. Jordan v. Couch Ready Mix USA, Circuit Court of Pike County, Alabama, CV-04-41
Awarded summary judgment on behalf of the City of Auburn in an employment discrimination case. Turner v. City of Auburn, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, 3:07-CV-162-MEF
Successfully defended the City of Alexander City in a challenge to its Zoning Ordinance regarding the placement of mobile homes in the City limits. A judgment in favor of the City was upheld on appeal by the 11th Circuit. Burton v. City of Alexander City
