The Harwell Law Firm was founded by Birmingham attorney Scott Harwell in 1995 and Scott Harwell has been a practicing Alabama Christian Attorney for over 18 years.

Our approach to every case is to initially discuss your case with you on the phone and then schedule a consultation so an attorney can personally meet with you to discuss the facts of your case in more detail. After the facts are ascertained, Scott Harwell will then advise a legal course of action, fully explain the legal process and, unlike many attorneys and law firms, advise you of your projected legal fees and expenses and compare the potential costs to any financial benefits. We are firm believers that most cases can and should be either avoided or resolved and will begin working towards a resolution and begin attempting to negotiate a fair settlement at the very outset of your case. However, if your case cannot be settled, Harwell Law Firm LLC has the trial experience and expertise to aggressively litigate your case and proceed to trial if necessary.
