Overview

The mission of The Law Firm of Brian W. Moore, LLC is to provide quality and timely legal services in the areas of wills, trusts and estates, probate law, elder law, immigration services, tax issues and commercial collections.  We understand that each client is unique and therefore requires individual attention.

The law firm is distinguished by the quality of legal representation and client service.  We work with our clients in the manner that is most advantageous to them, such as in-person conferences, by email or telephone.  We are also available for in-home conferences.

The fee structure is based upon the type of legal services requested and are reviewed with the client prior to any services being performed.  As the client, you authorize the type of services that are needed and are only charged for what is requested.
