Biography
Charlanna Skaggs received a B.A. in English from
Auburn. She attended the Cumberland
School of Law, where she was Executive Director of the Order of the Barristers
and a member of the Trial Advocacy Board.
Experience
Mrs. Skaggs is a frequent lecturer on Alabama’s Open
Meetings Law and Public Records Act. She also routinely assists and
advises clients in drafting legislation.
