Outside of the office, Clint Graves is an Ambassador with the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce, where he volunteers his time to help welcome new members to the business community.

Clint Graves' practice focuses primarily on tax planning for entrepreneurs and their closely held businesses and all aspects of business tax planning from entity formation and acquisition through wealth transfers and estate planning. Within this practice, Clint Graves has been involved in structuring the sale of businesses with regard to complex debt workouts, drafted buy/sell agreements to facilitate succession planning in small businesses, and advised and assisted clients with various issues involving deferred compensation plans including compliance with Internal Revenue Code Section 409A.
In addition, Clint Graves has been involved in the structuring of economic development incentives packages, tax controversy issues involving employment taxes, and structuring tax incentives for Alabama exporters.
